Renato Juaneza Malunes: Head of Planning Department

Has over eighteen (18) years of experience in project planning and scheduling tasks. Monitors and controls activities, manpower, man-hour, progress and costs for various Saudi Aramco and non-Saudi Aramco projects at concept, preliminary and detailed design engineering stages. Conversant in the use of Primavera Project Planner (P3) and P3e (Reports and Graphics-CPM), Powerpoint, MS Excel, MS Access and MS Word. Major responsibilities includes: Constant coordination with General Manager, Engg Manager, Project Managers, HODs, Discipline Engineers regarding the status of the projects. Attends meetings and top management reviews with GM, EM and other Dept. Managers. Responsible in the overall resource planning (vacation, workload, resource availability, mobilization and demobilization of staff) and in-charge in running the project controls department composed of three (2) Planning/Scheduling Engineers. Reviews all timesheets and project chargeabilities.
